We do not accept return/exchange on all our customised name products. You must contact us within 14 Days if you want to make a return for non customised products. The product should be in original condition and return postage cost will not be covered by us. We only refund product cost and not shipping cost. Products that arrive broken/damaged will only be eligible for exchange. Refund process can take 5-10 Days.
